Railcom wins 2008 Pinnacle Award
The Pinnacle Award puts Railcom in the top six percent of all Motorola radio/communications dealers in the United States.
It is the highest recognition granted by Motorola to radio communications dealers.
The award was presented to Railcom for commitment to high-performance business practices, sales and service excellence, and extraordinary customer support. This the ninth time Railcom has received the Pinnacle Award.
Railcom's owner and president John Focht started the company in 1986. The company specializes in transportation/railroad communications nationally, and Memphis area-wide business radio and GPS vehicle tracking. Focht draws clients nationally who seek his expertise in the communications field.
Railcom recently designed and implemented custom GPS tracking systems used by FedEx in Memphis and Indianapolis, and Delta Airlines in Atlanta. The company's expertise is customizing communications systems to clients' specific needs.
